Kontora Family Office is acquiring 15 high street properties from the Sepia portfolio in western Germany from the Swiss Unimo Holding. The properties are over 90% rented and are located in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Göttingen and Landshut, among others. They will be transferred to a pension fund.
Asset and property management is moving from Unimo to the Barton Group from Bonn . The transaction was brokered by Savills. Valteq and Berwin Leighton Paisner provided legal advice to the buyer, Drees & Sommer and Kreutz Rechtsanwälte supported the seller.
